If you like iced coffee, order it at this fast food, it's great here. Guests don't highly appreciate chicken sandwiches and biscuits at McDonald's. It's easy to find this place due to the convenient location. The accommodating staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Nice service is something that people don't like at this spot. Prices are found adequate here. The atmosphere is charming, as clients see it. But a number of visitors who use Google didn't give this fast food a high rating.

I order the same thing every time. Double cheeseburger with EXTRA onion. And it doesn't matter if I go into the McDonald's itself, order from the McDonald's app, or get the food doordashed. Food is usually decent, my only problem is that drug addict girl you have working the drive through. Standing over the food bag with her tongue hanging out, dancing the methamphetamine dance. For the past about 6 months that I've been going here, not ONCE has my order been right. I get the same thing every time and it's NEVER right. I always ask for a double cheeseburger EXTRA ONION, and what do I always get? A double cheeseburger with NO ONION on it. Like come on guys is it that hard? I appreciate that they are always nice and remake it and I know not everyone behind the counter is at fault for it but JESUS CHRIST ITS EXTRA ONION, HOW DO YOU FORGET THE ONION ON SOMETHING THAT SAYS EXTRA ONION FOR 6 FREAKING MONTHS STRAIGHT!!!! So so slow. We ordered right at 1030 and it took over 30 minutes to get out. Most of the tables were not clean. I then also witnessed staff not listening to the manager. He asked one to go clean the tables, the employee ignored him he then said I asked you nicely to go clean the tables now please do it. The employee again ignored him. As a customer it's never ok to hear that an employee is ignoring the manager. The manager handled it very professionally. So understaffed that lines are far too slow. We spent 30 minutes in line the other night. Would have left but we had ordered thru app and so couldn't get payment back! Also, they don't do breakfast burritos due to staff shortages. I hate the 2 lane ordering system. We will stop going to the local (Dundee) location and only drive to the mile 5 exit on 23. They have very good food and single drive thru line. Food: 3 Service: 1
