They are NOT honoring the buy one get one codes anymore! Instead, the kid at the register wanted to play 20 questions about when exactly I did the survey (Hint-within 30 days, LIKE IT SAYS!), before making excuses that it's ALL corporate's fault that they aren't taking the codes anymore! Stay far away… service and food is always terrible. In addition they seem to up charge for everything they possibly can. I assume they are going out of business reading all the similar reviews. For example they charge 50 cents per sauce… that’s absolutely insane even if food items “come” with sauces. I remember back when food and people working here were awesome since the remodel I would not touch the place with a 6 foot pole. People seem dismal and clearly hate working here which really blows and reflects in the food as well but not much you can do to help them🤷‍♂️ I assume it’s management or possibly new owners.
