Sandwiches are good. Kiosks are out of service. No one at the ordering desk. I ordered one large and medium fries from the person at the counter and asked me to buy 2 large fries because he entered it that way. No welcome or basic respect. No interest in talking to customers. I never have high expectations from fast food establishments. But this was one of those occasions where they really knocked it out of the park. The restaurant was clean and orderly. Everyone on staff that interacted with me was friendly. And the service was quick. The food was good but the service was very much rude to me and was not patient. Didn’t show courtesy that I was a customer trying to order. They expressed very bad character, and language, cursed words and was not nice. Left a very bad impression. Food is nasty, no experience in making a burger or pride nonetheless. Forgot the rest of the order. Went to the drive through and waited 38 minutes for 4 mcdoubles when EVERYONE ELSE GOT THEIR food..... Why make me pull up and wait?!! They gave me my nephews chicken nuggets kids meal at the window and they were hard and nasty!!!!!!! Angry is an understatement!!!!!!!! They all seem to be moving towards less service at the registers so you have to use the app, kiosk or drive thru. I DO NOT LIKE THAT AT ALL!! AND - if you're going to use all your options electronically and higher less people, then pay the ones that are there working more $$!!
