Since this location has been under new management/ ownership the food has been much better, fries are always fresh & hot. The restaurant is always clean. I just wish it was more small kid friendly. I just went there to get some food for my mom and kids. I ordered a “Large Iced Coffee”. I got a medium cup, instead and asked if I wasn’t supposed to get a bigger cup. The lady on the window said she didn’t know, she asked someone else, and according to her, “the boss” or manager said that was the right size for a large iced coffee. I asked to speak to him, because I paid for a large, and that was definitely not the large, he approached the window, and said that it was the “large sized cup” for an iced coffee, he said “can’t you read on the cup that says “large?”. The on duty “manager”, today 02/05/23 at 5:00pm was the rudest manager I have ever seen, he just kept saying “oh sorry, oh sorry” while closing the drive through window on my face. I was never rude or either disrespectful at any given time. I was all the time asking for what I paid for, and wondering why they wouldn’t help me. I’ve been going to McDonald’s for a while (who hasn’t?) and have ordered plenty of times iced large caramel coffee, because that’s what I order the most, and I’m 100% sure it was a bigger cup, and I paid for a bigger one. Here you can see the pictures of the coffee I got. It’s “large” for specialty McCafé, but “medium for iced coffee”. You guys should check on this boy, that you have as a boss because I’m pretty sure they have been rude to someone else. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

We usually go through the drive thru but the line was extremely long and they take a hot min. So, we decided to go inside to place our order. The inside has definitely change pushing you more to order using the kiosk. Not, really my cup of tea but it was quick. Just not a clean method with everyone touching and the not know were people hands been. I ordered the Big Mac combo AKa small Mac the Patty's are made for a kids meals. They are shrinking in size but the cost has increase a lot. They are even asking you to round up. Crazy! Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

This is the 4th time I've ordered burgers with extra onions and get no onions!!! 4 times and yall got it wrong every time. Please do better at reading the tickets that print off. Not that hard to make a sandwich with extra onions and everything else that comes on it.

Went inside to jump in the bathroom for #2. Had to wait 10-15 minutes in front because someone was inside. When he got out, I realized he is employee. Thought he was just hiding from his supervisor or whoever just to burn clock, but now I can easily smell the vape. Kind a reminds me of weed smell, but I can't say for sure as it is really mild. What I do know is, I got here now and never again. No way I'm getting food here.... Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

2 out of 15 employees were actually working. Even the manager was walking around, seeming clueless. I don't understand why some locations have employees who don't understand that if you let your guard down and get behind, catching up is almost impossible during an unexpected rush. There were employees walking around just staring off into lala land. Neither ice machine had ice in it at the fountains. If you don't want to work, then don't fill out an application saying you will. It doesn't take much to ruin a locations reputation. Cars were lined up BADLY, but yet they keep right on taking orders without getting the other situated so they can actually get their heads above water. The experience is always bad they never want to take your order inside you will wait at least 30min for someone to take your order then it's always something missing like this morning I went through drive thru but I mostly go inside and had bought 4 sausage n cheese mcGriddles and one bacon egg n cheese mcGriddle guess what the bacon egg and cheese mcGriddle was not in the bag just terrible Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20

I swear I be trying to give this McDonald's a chance because it's so close to home. First it was the staff that was unprofessional and not friendly but they fixed that. I saw a sign that says things changed and that's when we went back to give it another try and it did.. their employees are more friendly and professional. But tonight they served us the worse fries. It was so stale.

There's a young man that works there on Sunday. He is so nice, polite and always makes me laugh. I don't remember his name, but he goes to basketball school.
