Cashiers are pretty nice. Kitchen staff are on point. No mistakes out of 10 times we've stopped here. Nice, even sauce job each time. Nuggets nice and crispy. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The manager and other girl working the second window early mornings (December 29 6:45am) are so rude! I ordered an iced coffee and they gave it to me really hot for whatever reason so I asked for some eyes on the side and the bigger girl working out the window had the biggest attitude over the asking for some eyes, real dry, slam the windows shut and then handed it to me very rudely, and then the coffee was not even made right. I swear they make it different every time, and it was absolutely disgusting. There was no flavoring and it whatsoever. I asked him to remake it all together and then I walked the manager literally open a couple of flavoring. They probably didn’t put any to begin with to open a new one to make my coffee. The manager was also extremely rude For literally no reason whatsoever. I normally get my coffee every morning from Starbucks with the line with long decided to go over to McDonald’s. They barely have any business and this is how I was treated. I would just continue to get coffee from Starbucks and the coffee has never made the same Anytime I go to McDonald’s and get coffee and the people here are just rude Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

What service?! I've been waiting for 30 minutes (indoor dining). I've been up to the register twice asking for my meal. People who came in after me are now eating, but not me. I will not come back. If I could get my money back, I would do that and leave, but there's no one at the front register. Poor service... no service! Food was cold go thru the drive thru if you want a fresh warm meal and the staff was very friendly and nice but overworked and understaffed. Hire them some more help and you will be getting five stars next time I use to work for mc Donald's in lad Vegas and you only had to wait for your order for 5 minutes.

The coffee was good and the egg McMuffin was hot and just made. Now the negative; apparently they are short staffed and or no one assigned to work the counter. Sorry, but I don't like using a kiosk covered in greasy fingerprints and who knows what wlse to place my order. Unless this place is working on a strained budget they need to get some help up front. This location has changed and not for the good.

This is the first McDonald's that I have been at in Missouri that I everything was hot and ready when I got to the pickup window and it was right I want to say congratulations and keep up the excellent job 👏. .I give you all that worked this morning 10 kudos. Absolutely awful customer service from both the drive thru attendant and manager, however it is the manager that deserves the blame here IMO. I had been a normal at this location for 19 years now, and by far the worst customer service I've received here. After a drive thru app issue, the attendant ultimately asked 'are you going to order it not?' and when I asked for the manager's name or a business card, they would not provide it to me. I ultimately pulled up to the payment window as I remembered a customer service number, but when I called it, it was out of service. I then went inside to speak with the manager, who would not provide me their name and would not provide me the GMs name or number, but said I would need to talk with them only. When I asked when they would be in, she then told I'd just need to come in or call and keep asking for them! Ultimately, I asked for a working number of where I could call and complain, and received the store number on the attached napkin. For the drive thru attendant, i understand that they're probably a HS student looking to get thru the day. However, the manager's attitude and customer service was appalling. I did find out that manager's name was CHRISTINA (Kristina?) when another employee called out to them. Thanks to Christina, I will be taking my business to another location or the Whataburger next door.

lobby service is nonexistent. you have to put your order in at the kiosk now. If you're paying in cash good luck. I stood at the counter after I put my order in for near on 20 mins before someone took my money. Not that they didn't see me, several looked at me standing there then turned around and tried to look busy. Unfriendly, dismissive, and ignorant. Uncaring, dead eyed, and listless. Just a few words that come to mind when remembering the people behind the counter. Terrible system they have introduced. Oh and the parking lot is under construction.
