Normally pretty good, but today every open table, about 7 was dirty, trash cans overflowing, food under all the tables, pretty disgusting. 6/25/22 7pm 8:50 PM and all the doors are locked. They’re not letting anyone inside with about 15 cars wrapped around the restaurant. 6/28/23 It’s because the employees don’t clean the interior they just say screw it and lock the doors. Are Group left and went across the street to Taco Bell, We don’t eat in the car like slobs! Each time I give this place another try. It keeps disappointing stopped by for a ice cream cone and it was a ridiculous mess. Over the last year, the prices have gone up and the service has gone down. That’s what makes this so frustrating. I dislike McDonald's in general but my grandson loves it so we go there a lot. The staff at the Hammonton McDonald's always works so hard to do a good job and if something isn't right they do their best to fix it fast. Today they only had two employees working and were trying to handle a bustling drive thru and the restaurant customers as well and they were still polite and smiling! Ordered 2 big breakfast with 2 orange juice. Didn't have the pancakes in either meal only got 1 OJ cashier said had to get back in drive thru again for the other 1 the OJ was mostly water. Didn't know the pancakes were missing until got home. To far to go back Price per person $10–20 Service: 1

My kid wanted an Oreo McFlurry, and we were heading by this location. Our local McDonald's has terrible McFlurry service (pretty sure they have no machine to mix it). Well, we should have gone with our local one, because somehow this was worse. There were barely a few cookie crumbs in it. We basically paid for a cup of vanilla ice cream at the McFlurry premium price. That's all we ordered, and it was horrible. So 1 star. We went in to pick up lunch for the family. The restaurant had 1 person waiting for an order and 1 person placing an order before us. We placed an order for a family of four, two happy meals, 2 combos and a couple of add ons. We waited roughly 15-20 minutes for our order. During that time, we watched 2 orders be placed and served, food and drinks in both orders, while the 2 orders before us and us continued to wait. We also spoke with a driver for UberEats or DoorDash, who decided not to continue to wait after 10 minutes. When we did receive our order, we had to remind the employee of a drink that was part of the order. Over all, the altitudes of the employees was not good and when people had to request something, such as me requesting the iced tea I ordered, the customer was met with an attitude of indifference. I did not observe any good customer service while I was there waiting forbour order. The last 5 minutes of us waiting I noticed that a line was forming to place orders at the counter with no employee at the front of the restaurant. We currently have no plans to return to this McDonald's in the near furure and do not recommend going there to anyone.
