The woman who took my order really needs further education. I would tell her a McGriddle she repeated it a McGriddle anything else? Yes a McGriddle and an egg sandwich, a McGriddle and an egg sandwich. Anything else? It was like the 12 days of Christmas but I was ordering food. The long pink haired person can gave me my food was extremely rude which was very unique because this is the best McDonald's in the area. I've never had a problem there until this person very rudely gave me my food and walked away like I wasn't even worth talking to as a customer. This used to be the one McDonald's I could depend on the quality of the employees is going down very fast and that is why I'm giving it this very low rating. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The slushy/smoothie machine wont work. We went to dine-in and waited for like 45 mins. Also, few orders were wrong. Needs more workers . The ones working are good but busy with drive through orders. 20 minutes for a curbside order. Cheeseburger was wayyyyyy over cooked and they must have dumped the seasoning on the meat. So salty you could barely eat it. Ordered a tableside delivery (eat-in) order from kiosk. Employee brought my meal in a bag, not on a tray and did not provide me with a straw for my drink. When I politely asked employee to bring me one (I'm not rude or lazy but was alone and trying to feed my baby), she pointed to the condiment station and walked away. My food was fine, but my iced coffee barely had any flavoring syrup (hazelnut). Overall, not the worst experience, but definitely lacking in customer service. Fortunately I do not write many reviews like this but, this is a MUST!! There really should be a ZERO option. After waiting 40 minutes for a simple Sausage, Egg and Cheese biscuit and pointing out to the cashier that all the orders are flying out for people that came after me, the young lady said "well, you'll need to wait" I dis not order a meal, just a sandwich and an Iced Tea. I guess I'm lucky that the drink cups were near the associate or I would have left with neither. I reached out to McDonald's Corporate as I called the Manager number listed on the receipt which rings to a fax machine??? I would like a refund? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I place my order online through the McDonald’s app got to the store. The lobby doors were locked again not enough employees to open the lobby. I get in line even though the line is wrapped around the building and I wait get to the window The employee states I have to go back to the app And click I’m here now, so I do that get back in line get back to the window give her what the code that was given to me She states that code does not exist by this time I am ready to just get my money back I go on the app to try to cancel my order , but you can’t do that I called the store she says there’s no way they can cancel the order that I just have to dispute it with my bank. If McDonalds can’t get employees then just close because this is causing chaos with customers. Service Take out Price per person $10–20 Service: 1

I had breakfast here the other day. The drive through took a while but due to a customer not the store. The employee that took my order apologized for the time that I had to wait. The food was well prepared. The hash browns we fresh and hot. The coffee was hot and tasted great. Over all it was a great experience for a McDonalds. Horrible service. Drivethru, I Asked for 3Filet sandwich only, lite tartar. This is what I got on all 3 sandwiches. Bread even tastes like rubber. I’m sure they warmed them up. U can see the crinkles in the bread. And, they put half slice cheese on it & lite tartar was more like s pinch. Then I tried calling to complain but a fax machine picks up.
