The staff here used to be on top of their game!! Until the lady that worked here for like 20+ years was pushed out due to increasing amount of expectations without increased pay. We miss her and her fabulous insight. I recommend you do not go here after dark. The night staff could use some additional training. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Mcdonalds of union sc should close its doors. Always out of what you want. Every week, out of burritos or out of sausage or out of one thing are another. Three weeks in a row, out of burritos on Monday then out again Thursday. FOOD IS THEIR PRODUCT. If the manager is not capable of keeping a store stocked that has been there for years, fire them and hire one that can. I'm finished with Mcdonalds. I walked out and told them to cancel my order. BTW, coupons had just come out today too. Didn't seem to have anything for which coupons had been printed. What a scam! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

This place is trash. They have a horrible drive through experience. You'll get ignored while they take 2-3 other customer orders from the 2nd line. They microwave your breakfast burritos every dame time almost because they pre make the food to help for they shortened staff. They food is almost never fresh . Even the "made fresh quarter pounders" are premade and left in a heat tray. I know. My people work there.
