Like most fast food the further you get away from the inner city the better the customer service gets gets! I've never had a bad experience here and people are generally nice I can actually understand what they're saying because they're not mumbling or talking to me while looking in the opposite direction. This has got to be the best McDonald's I've ever been to. I've come to hate McDonald's food over the last few years. I just thought their food was just garbage from now on. Until I came here the first time. I placed my order in a hurry, didn't even want to eat there but was running late. Received my order fast and when I was eating it I suddenly realized how good it was. Then the next time I went just as good, and I've went there frequently over the past couple years and I've never had a bad experience, unacceptable wait time, or low quality food. That GM and management team, along with their staff, they are just what every district manager at every fast food company dreams of! Good job crew! You guys are how things are supposed to be! Place was clean & food was as it should be. There wasn't anyone at the register, which is to be expected nowadays but stays a bit annoying. There was no paper in either machine for receipts, so that wasn't great for the call system but we figured it out. Still one of the better McDonald's in the area. This McDonald's (Lima) unlike the location in Brookhaven far exceeds expectations. Brookhaven for years has proven to hold the reputation for the lowest possible standards in quality and service, this is a given as many in the community know. A women named Mary closed the drive thur window in my face as I attempted to kindly & respectfully let her know I could not hear her correctly in the speaker. She was annoyed that I had pulled up to the first window. She yelled “get back in line” as she turned her back & ignored me completely. She is beyond disrespectful. She should know better & she should not be working in customer service. She must not like her job, looks miserable & it reflects on her behavior. On a positive note, Shout out to Shay another employee there who listened to my concerns & was apologetic about the situation. You don't get too many McDonald's that gets everything right from an online order, at least from my experience. My fries was hot with reasonable salt and burgers didnt taste dry or sitting out. It was quick during lunch time which can have some mistakes but they was ready. McDonald’s at Granite Run is impeccably maintained as you will see from the landscape surrounding the building. Also, notice the gated refuse area and how it is kept in immaculate condition.
