This is the worst run McDonald's in all of North Texas. We go here often because it is closest to our house. Each time I take the kids they usually get a cheese burger happy meal or nugget happy meal and I will get a 10 piece nugget meal About 90 percent of the time they are out of something which makes the order less than complete. For example were out of coke a couple of weeks ago. The next time they were out of ice. Last time they were out of plastic cups so everyone got coffee cups for soda and they were out BBQ sauce. This time they were out of BBQ sauce and they didn't have any trays to serve on. Enough was enough. I asked for a refund and walked out. I don't understand what this places malfunction is. Ordered a Sundae that cost me 2.89 before tax after tax 3.12 on the menu it says Sundae hot fudge. I tell the young girl I would like a Sundae get to the window to pick it up and it’s just ice cream in a cup, no hot fudge, no caramel, no nuts just ice cream in a cup, I then asked where is the hot fudge? She states that I have to request it even though the menu says Sundae with hot fudge 😡. Come here every morning at 4:30 for breakfast. Must be because I'm homeless because this morning I showed up it was 5:00 and they said they weren't open. Is that just for homeless Whites??? There was another guy sitting in there being served I'm contacting an attorney...sick of this... 24-hour location... She is sitting there serving others telling me I can't eat 😡😡😡🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕

Their service is terrible! You sit at the drive thru forever and no one comes to take your order if your lucky you drive up to the window and someone will finally come to take your order and most of the time no one comes so you just have to leave. We will not go back to the Lake Dallas McDonalds again! This has happened more than 5 times its ridiculous!
