I ordered 2 sausage mcgriddles and used my points to get a large vanilla iced coffee. i placed my order around 10:12 because this location lets it be known that once 10:30 strikes they absolutely CANNOT make anymore breakfast. Pls tell me why i get there around 10:37 and my order is nowhere to be found in the system. mind you i paid for the order through the app. so instead of making my order and making things right for me since i’ve already waited more than enough time for my food to be ready since it was placed at 10:12, they just insured me that i will get my refund. i asked if they could just make my food now because i have no problem waiting and they proceeded to tell me breakfast was in fact over and there was nothing they can do at this time. AWFUL experience and PATHETIC manager choices. i will drive to 52 before ever coming here again Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

When I got in there I stood there for a while looking to see what I wanted from a distance. I finally walked up there and just stood there and just stood there maybe 5 to 10 minutes went by and then someone walk by even though everybody was running around rush hour there had to be a big order and they didn't know how to handle it obviously they had maybe 10 kids meals on the counte my order been on the screen and a quick sneak in to McDonald's turned in to about 35 or 45 mins . I think they should have a person for the front doing the front I remember those days you help out where you can and when you have an order you knock it out and get them people out my line once I finally got my food I forgot I was mad from the friendly service but late food #08babylastyearofschool #everypositiontodoIwasdoing #frontnbackwindowregisterandburgers
