Ordered from there do it yourself order things, it printed a ticket and still had to wait in line to pay! Had took a table number and when order came out they didn't bring it out to table, never heard number called, food was cold by time realized order was just setting there and was "NOT" impressed by new jalapeño double quarter pounder with a tiny squirt of liquid cheese that literally didn't move! Was supposed to be to go and was just set on a tray and when asked for bags to bag ourselves guy literally didn't reply or acknowledge he even heard me but eventually since I didn't leave counter he handed me 2 bags. Due to a very nice and polite employee working in drive through named Hayden few days later my whole rating changed. The shift leader or manager was very nice and on point. And was very customer friendly this is a good example of how every McDonald's should be, very clean inside and out including the parking lot. Hats off to the manager/ shift lead working the counter yesterday. He had the rosary beads with a cross tattoo along with a nice scripture. Awesome job keep up the good work. Lunch rush was absolutely insane, luckily we arrived before that happened. Took a while to get out of the parking lot after that. One of the biggest lots I’ve seen at any McDonald’s. Service was above average for the McDonald’s I’ve been at thus far. Spacious, updated interior along with a place area for kids. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

I would say this McDonald's here in Woodward is the cleanest and has the friendliest customer service and the food was actually fresh and hot didn't sit underneath a heat lamp forever the manager or whoever he was he was on it making sure everybody was doing their job it's too bad they only let you rate it at a five star cuz I would rate it higher than that Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Truck parking is always full of parked cars. There is a deep hatred for truck drivers in this little town. Very sad people here treat drivers like animals. 👎👎👎

The make over they did is a big improvement. The drive through is much easier. However, parking up next to the entrance doors could Bea disadvantage to some. If the drive through is busy, you could be blocked in. People are rude now days and won't clear the way to let you backout. So, don't park next to the entrance doors. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
