I find their offerings a bit overrated if not on the pricier side. There are other burger franchises which fare better then McDonald's. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The service at this location is ridiculously slow. All of the workers seem to have an attitude all the time. If they open another till they will call people waiting behind you to come up and take their order before you. Employees are on their phones while in the kitchen not washing their hands in between texting friends, going outside to hangout with people in the booths and preparing your meals. I literally watched an employee go and braid a man’s hair and then come back and start delegating food without even washing her hands. Trinidad fast food places needs to get with the times of being hygienic and clean. How about you actually tell these employees to work their shift and you wouldn’t have 30-40 minute wait times ( I’ve been there twice just for one kids meal and the wait after placing my order was that long. There exists a big, deaf, angry hog in the drive thru who could not hear i ordered a water with my happy meal, tried to give me a juice, and refused to give me what i ordered. Shouting “You hear him order a wata? Nohhh. Well no wata for you, yuh cud buy one for $20” Was the extent of the customer service. The manager at the time, a slim rasta hairstyle guy, was rude when I told him that we got 4 pieces of the same 🐔 parts (4 breasts) and he responded (in the presence and hearing of other customers) in an unprofessional manner, "Well next time tell de cashier what yuh want". I proceeded to tell him that normally at any food establishment the cashier will let you know what pieces they have available or ask a question along the line of "Leg and thigh or breast and wing" but she (the cashier) didn't and in all honesty I didn't even think to ask because it happens sometimes but never yet have I received 2 orders of 2 piece combos both with breast pieces. Some ppl don't like the meaty pieces of chicken so hence the reason I asked if there were other pieces. The guy continued to berate me in front of customers while taking out the chicken and dashing it on the counter and walk off still muttering something. A guy standing next to me was in awe as to his (the supervisor's) behavior that he even stated that they think they can talk to ppl however they feel like it. Only because I was with my wife and son I didn't give him a piece of my mind and put him in his place for his rude and obnoxious attitude. It's not what you say but how you say it. Not me and that branch ever again... Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I was at this place at nine in the morning because they open at that time. And it was 9:30 and it was still closed and there were employees inside listening to music.

Mcdonald's Gulf View Some of the workers employees that prestige has working for them in their establishments are some of the most horrid people i have ever come accross. Today i visited mcdonalds gulf view i placed my order took a seat and waited for my number to call. For those who knows the gulf view branch you know there is a cashier to your right of the counter and two more leading left. Today only the right cashier was open there is people crowding the middle area . My number was called i go to the left of the middle register and indicate to the not so nice lady 197 is me she is standing on the right of the middle register where there is a lot of people and looks at just two footstep away and tells me i have to make my way into the crowd to collect the order when she could have just handed me the bag not far from her. It was rude and unprofessional other customers was also dusgusted by the behaviour Why do these nasty disgusting people even work . If they think they are better than the people who patronize these establishment for them to get a salary i think they should stay home . To The not so pretty not so slim female with the hognarant very despicable behaviour do tell her that she needs to leave your establishment and find something else to do because clearly she is unhappy with her life and with the work you are providing her with. The food and ambiance here is good the wrap is excellent, the problem is the underprivileged persons that ask for alms outside, most of them are humble and thankful BUT there are some that are arrogant, will spit on your car and say unkind things and expletives Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
