I got food via their mobile app. Went to go pick it up after waiting. Got the food home not only were items missing the hamburger that I had gotten had blue plastic material on it. I took it back to the restaurant and they were not even surprised they knew what it was And just offered more food by that time I was already turned off by it probably will never eat there again. Oh yeah, it was part of the workers glove

I’ve been to a lot of McDonalds in my lifetime but this one was the worst. Honestly the staff were okay but the food was awful… I’m not sure what they’re doing to the food here, but it isn’t good. Find another place…

I'm a delivery driver and when I go to Middletown I have to stop at their McDonalds. Their cooks make the best cheeseburgers I'm not sure what they're doing differently but there's a difference. I usually order curbside and the gentleman that brings your order to you is the best. He's always has a smile on his face and greets you and tells you to have a great day. All of the staff are friendly. I hope to be back soon. Scott C.

Waited more than 15 minutes in line just to get to the drive thru and someone tell me to wait a moment (another 15 minutes) I literally ordered 1 thing…and there was no cars at the window when i drove off. Don’t recommend coming here it’s always the something.

They were rude about my order. I ordered 6 McDoubles bc I have 5 people in my family and one large fry and the manager brought the food to me. He said “ here’s the fry and all the other food”. That’s disrespectful and I suggest not going here. I never go here but my phone took me to this one and I will Never go back.

I went for a mocha frappe(caffeine addicted)..place completely empty (drive thru kinda busy) but no one in front cash register,3 employee passed in front of me like I was part of Christmas decoration.After get a cup of coke and finished it almost in front of me the person supposed to be in from position asked my order..Even an Uber food carrier was waiting because order wasn’t be packed..I stayed because I was running low in caffeine in order to keep driving…
