This is a good McDonald's. They can handle a crowd and get the food out fast. The store was decorated nicely for Christmas more than the average chain would be. I went through the drive-thru for an Oreo frappe and at 7:00 p.m. the drive-thru line was extremely slow and of course it's hot as heck outside as you could imagine the wait was miserable but when I tell you that that Oreo frappe was worth every single hot, melting, sweating moment of waiting in that drive-through!!! My gosh it was so freaking good and the employees were absolutely amazing they all smiled at me and were just awesome and made that wait totally worth it!! The staff here are great, but I come here on lunch sometimes And I’ve waited over 30 minutes to get my meal More than once. I don’t believe the staff are at fault here I think they are severely understaffed Food: 4 Service: 1

My bag was soaking wet when they handed it to me. I asked for another bag and the lady told me it was fine. Got mad when I told her I was not carrying a wet paper sack with heavy food in it just to have the food fall through. Her response was I am not giving you another bag. Only play land in the Valley area. Bring my kids here all the time. Cleanliness at times could be better. Bathrooms are generally clean. Only received luke warm fries once in many visits. At times crude drawings in Playland tunnels. Overall good experience. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Came about 3:50pm both me and my fiance were given raw quarter pounders. When I called to let them know whoever answered the phone wanted to say they weren't raw and started arguing over the phone. Looks raw to me. I wasn't even asking for free food we weren't gone drive 20 back there. I just wanted to let them know their meat is coming out very rare.

BACTERIAL BREEDING GROUNDS!!! My husband decided to use his 30 min lunch and eat McDonald's and, after spending $13 on a meal, THIS is what he got.
