Just got done spending 15 minutes at the drive thru pickup window waiting for our order. We were literally the only car in the drive thru. I looked in the window to see a staff member leaning against the counter on her phone, eating. We didn't get a single update the whole time. Finally, our food was handed out. Fries were soggy and cold like they'd been sitting for 2 hours. Food: 1 Service: 1

The food is great for what it is, fast food! I am never disappointed with the service even if a mistake is made, it's resolved quickly and professionally.
