Clients can eat tasty ice cream and nicely cooked flija at this fast food. You will be offered good tea. Guests don't highly appreciate sandwiches at McDonald's. The patient staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. In spite of the popularity among customers, the weak point of this place is its unprofessional service. In accordance with the guests' opinions, prices are adequate. The atmosphere is pretty, as visitors see it. But google users rated this spot and it didn't earn a high rating.

I went to drive thru. Everything was fine. The young lady who waited on me was very nice and did her job well. The thing I disliked that 2 double cheese burgers, a small spirit and small shake came to almost $20!!. Only 2 cheap (were dollar menu burgers not long ago) burgers and 2 small drinks...UNBELIEVABLE!! For real it was $19.38. I just got some change (coins) back out of a $20 dollar bill. What an amazing experience on Saturday morning at the McDonald's in Sylvania. It was a way involved but the food we got on Saturday February 24th was amazing! It was as if we was sitting at the kitchen table and someone served us fresh from the oven! The sausage McGriddle was slightly crisp around the edges but it was so fresh and hot and delicious. The bundle meals were sausage McMuffins with hash browns. Have you ever had perfect hash browns at McDonald's? Well they were there on Saturday morning around 10:00 a.m. We were blown away. We were still talking about it at dinner time. I have never chosen McDonald's as my first place to go for breakfast but Donna's bakery is closed & 4 and 20 Bakers are gone and I just was starving and choosing this as a last resort but boy was I surprised! I don't know if they have fresher food, a new person preparing the food but something is going on at McDonald's in Sylvania! And I don't mind waiting if I'm getting an amazing breakfast sandwich. Thanks so much for making our day. All three of us just couldn't stop talking about how fresh, hot and Delicious the food was. Way to go McDonald's in Sylvania! Walked off after paying for my food disgusted. Your workers should be wearing something to contain sweat and snot or learn to change gloves cause I stood there watching a worker constantly wiping their head, side of face and nose with gloved hands while preparing the food, putting burgers together, etc not one time were gloves changed afterward. Stopped by the McDonald’s in Sylvania after work yesterday while waiting on my order I witnessed a young lady that worked there come back from the bathroom got behind the register she then proceeded to unzip her pants and stick her hand down her pants I don’t know exactly why she done that but whatever she was doing should have been done in the privacy of the bathroom it was disgusting to watch the sad part is she knew I saw her and she didn’t stop me and my family will not eat there again some stuff you just can’t unsee and that’s one of them Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

There is usually a wait even when you placed your order through the app. I would give more stars but my son had to use the womens bathroom bc the mens bathroom was very dirty (poop in the urinal and toilet dirty).
