Drive thru, ordered a quarter pounder with ketchup only. Received the order and it had cheese on it, no ketchup. Took it inside and the clerk wanted to argue over the order as well as the manager. Stated cheese "ALWAYS comes on a quarter pounder no matter what". Well, no where does it state that and if I ordered it as a quarter pounder with ketchup only, how does that include cheese automatically?? Hubby stopped on the way back home to get us something to eat and needless to say I'm in the bed been up sick all night after eating there food I had the double quarter pounder with cheese fries and coke he had the big Mac meal he is fine today I'm not and 2 other times we went there at night the burgers were raw inside and we just ate the double cheeseburger then and we both were sick they just need make sure they cook there food all the way me I'm done eating McDonald's Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

We stopped at the Loudonville, OH McDonald's on our way home from Mohican after doing a DJ gig. It was late, and we almost thought it was closed, but there were a couple other cars in the drive-through. The voice that greeted us was pleasant. We ordered a couple meal combos. When we got to the window, the employee provided a larger than ordered decaf that was freshly made. She said they were closing soon, and that they didn't want to throw the decaf away, so they gave it to me. The fries were some of the best I've ever had. They were hot & crispy. I always get a filet-o-fish because I don't eat meat. The filet was hot & fresh, as well. Awesome food at Loudonville McDonald's!! The only advice I would give this establishment is to fix any burned out signs so customers can tell you're open for business. We almost drove by, thinking it was closed. We don't live nearby, so I thought they might have early hours. Oh, and our server wore a fun Halloween shirt. Loved it!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
