Me and my buddy went to the drive thru this morning to get some quick breakfast because we were in a rush. When we ordered, the guy seemed as though he could hardly understand us, and when we got to the first window we paid as usual but when we went to the second window to pick up our food, the guy was wearing a white hoodie and he he seemed as though he didn’t know what he was doing, and to add to that he didn’t even know what our order was so we had tell him, and he kept staring at us like we were crazy, and he gave no straws for our drinks or anything like that. In the end we ended up being late because of how unprepared the staff seemed to be.

50% of the time I come here they get my order wrong, the other 50% the food has been sitting long past the time is should be, oh and the best part is the ice cream machine has been “broken” for the past year. I make every effort to avoid going here unless I have to.

Got a frostie drink they over flowed it to rim and it was spilling everywhere, when they were told about it the manager said they just got a little extra. EXTRA? That was not extra that was outrageous. How as a manger are you going to be okay with sending that out to customers.
