It is the first time I come here, friendly staff, very good customer service. I didn't wait long for my food. This restaurant is inside the store, it has a playground and the place looks clean. I tried to buy a Diet Coke inside and the staff refused to allow me to order at the counter. They wanted me to use the kiosk. I tried 2 kiosks and they wouldn’t allow me to purchase a soda with cash. I waited for other kiosks, but other guests were trying to figure out their order. Then I decided to go to the drive thru. I waited another 10 min for my Diet Coke in the drive thru. I used to love this McDonald’s and I always went out of my way to stop at this one. I won’t be back. I wasted 20 min trying to get a Diet Coke. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
