People were waiting for their food everywhere and the meat for the burgers was raw with blood running in the boxes.... The girl ran the tea over and squished the lid on then handed it to me and said this one is dripping. I had to ask for napkins. I didn't bother going back in because no one seemed like they cared about the business at hand. I will NOT stop there again. The ambiance is a zero. It's boring, drab colors and style. 2 registers and employees that just stand there and ignore your existence. No more getting your own salt, ketchup, etc. The nuggets were hard and dry. The fries too salty. The tables were filthy. The glass is nasty. Counted 7 employees that we could see but no cleaning being done. No taking care of guests. Just standing around, ignoring guests. Can't recommend. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I rate this store negative -5 stars it's blank service rude didn't even get our order right our food was cold we waited and hour and they was screaming and yelling at each other never again will I go there...you all really need to get your stuff together my gosh. Just had the worst experience at a McDonald’s I have ever had. Went to Chanute and we ordered six burritos and a coffee. They told us that we could not get the coffee and the guy at the drive-through was super rude about giving our money back because we already paid for it as they were continuing to serve coffee to other customers, finally got our money back and realized they handed us the wrong order. Went back and stood around for an hour, waiting for them to fix the six burritos as the lady at the counter was super rude about it as well. There were six girls in there that had ordered food and they were missing things and because it was after 11 they refused to give them a refund, refused to give them their food because they had lost their tickets as I continue to stand there and wait for the food that they didn’t wanna give me. I finally had to send Tim in to get the 6 burritos after already waiting an hr. The manager refused to do anything about the guy at the drive through being rude. Do not go there. We just went thru the drive thru and got fries and a mocha frappe but did give a special order on the fries. Staff was so nice and friendly! And the order was just how we asked! It's exceptional in my book when you ask for something special.and they do it right AND with a great attitude!! Lovin it!!
