On our way to a swim meet, decided McDonalds drive through for breakfast..it was fast and the food was very hot and fresh..I would recommend it to family and friends

The prices are going up, but the sizes are shrinking. When the fish sandwiches and burgers are smaller than the buns, why are the meats slapped together with the meats halfway off the buns? The only positive take away from this is the restaurant is clean and the employees are polite. I did see an employee open the doors for an elderly woman, very nice.

(Updated 8/30) Using the app I noticed on 8/15 I was charged for a bottle of water using the app and drive through code connected to card. I never purchased anything an employee stole from me and fraudulently used my credit card. Or somehow it was a mistake. App does not work to contact you it only crashes for that. Or I will reach out to capital one.
It's McDonald's. The reason I gave this 4 is just for the fact that I've had my orders messed up a few times 5+. My biggest gripe with that is the fact they reply with your order then get it wrong.
Edited again, now it's 3 stars cost more and more. I shouldn't have to open up my sandwich to make sure it's right.
(Updated 8/15 Now was just told when spending more that they don't switch dinks? Didn't know that was even a thing always done it for coffee etc. You know a drink. But then when I talk to them their like oh no you can for a different drink just have to pay the difference. Of course like always. And try to talk to me like I'm dumb and there doing me a favor. No thank you anymore mcdonalds food prices atmosphere much worse I don't recommend.)
(Updated 12/22) have to go into the store cause they forget items and they act like your lying. More expensive then fresh and better food. And should've checked my sandwich but I never send food back as I don't want it wasted some people don't even get to eat. But 10$ for the double Quarter and charged more for extra pickles.

they always seem to mess up the order. you order a double qaurter pounder and they give you a qaurter pounder. you don't notice because you didn't look at each item to verify.

Forget the term "fast food" when it comes to McDonald's. On this particular visit, I used the mobile app to pre-order 15 minutes prior to my arrival. When I got there, I waited in the frive thru behind four other vehicles for close to twenty minutes. When I finally got to the window, I waited an additional five minutes, which is ridiculous considering the fact I had ordered forty minutes earlier. I just don't understand why my food wasn't ready. This is a problem with just about every McDonald's that I have visited in the past two years. Sure, I understand that they don't have enough help. But pre-ordering via the mobile app should alleviate at least the time spent at the window waiting because they haven't prepared your food yet. The food itself was the typical McDonald's food. It was fine. But the service has really gone downhill in recent years.
