If I could give half of a star to no star at all, I would. Ordered a quarter pounder, they left the cheese off, barely put a squirt of ketchup on my burger. This is the WORST Mcdonalds I have been to in my life. The workers have no moral, just blah no emotions, no joy. This has to be the lowest work moral I ever seen, and is spills over into the food. Pleae put a chic fi la next to this Mcdonalds so they can learn customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Literally one of the worst experiences I have ever been through. The attitudes of every team member was complete disdain and misery, no hesitating to tell every guest they can’t wait to leave when they decided not be on their phone. The nonchalant behavior walking literally as slowly as possible stopping midway to text and completely disregarding any guest. Rolling their eyes at every request and the manager literally encouraging this behavior by leading worse or just as bad as their team. They had no change for cash customers which may be policy but they turned away three guest because of that while I was waiting in line. I can only imagine they are open because they have a captive audience and people don’t have a ton of fast food choices. I would recommend anyone to pass by this place quickly before their bad attitude runs off and ruins your day. Carve out an extra 10 mins and go to chik fila or another establishment that appreciates your business. I wish you all the best, but I don’t see profits or guest experience improving with out a massive overhaul of the management and team or an intervention of some sort to make everyone understand they aren’t doing anyone a favor by showing up to a job they don’t appreciate. The girl at the counter was upset that I wanted to order food, she was too busy chatting with her friends n family to take orders. Horrible customer experience. Rude and extremely inefficient. Recommend new mgmt to gain control over poor customer service. 10 waiting in line for kiosk order. Someone shows up at counter and helps people just showing up over ones waiting for 15 min. Poor service, won't return. Service: 1

Had a layover for a few hours. Which works out because this mcdonald’s service is pretty slow as mentioned in other reviews. We ordered from the kiosk 3 sausage breakfast sandwiches with coffee and a large iced coffee. Waited just over 20minutes. The quality of the food is consistent with their Canadian market. Coffee they serve is black and you have to add cream/sugar/whatever on your own though. As a Canadian, I want to warn other Canadians that the large iced coffee here is HUGE! It looks 2.5-3x the large iced coffee we have. It was decent and definitely woke me up with the amount of caffeine/sugar but lol, I’d caution Canadians who normally order a large iced coffee in Canada to order a small or medium. Overall I think they maybe need to staff 1 or 2 more people to roll out orders in a more reasonable time. It’s a good meal break if you have the time to wait. Meh, It was tasty, pretty fast, but plain. A double hamburger gets you 2/10’s pound of beef some ketchup and a pickle. My food was fully cooked and looked appetizing and tasted great. The employees have an overwhelming demand. Not enough employees or not enough incentive. They clearly don't get along well and overall seem miserable. The layout sucks. The lines collide while waiting. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
