I was told by manager that they don’t have anything to do with the McDonald’s app! I gave the cashier the code and the code was accepted from my end but apparently not from their end so I asked for the manager and she made the comment that she was not going to be going on with it because they didn’t have anything to do with the app and that their must be a glitch and she promo the French fries ! I asked for No salt for the fries but I received French fries full of salt and barely warm fries!! I have been going to McDonald’s in Pocomoke City, Md for a long time. I know that they remolded it because the older building had roaches really bad ! I think that It’s crazy to keep supporting a business that obviously doesn’t care about their customers! I think that anytime a McDonald’s manager tells me that The McDonald’s app doesn’t have anything to do with them then that’s my Q! I will Take my coins elsewhere!! Food: 1 Service: 1

Make sure you check your bag before pulling away! We asked for extra sauce because we had a lot of people, we even paid for the extra sauce. They didn't give it to us and so we walked into the store from drive thru to get the extra sauce we paid for and they refused. Told us we were lying and if we wanted extra sauce we had to pay for it. Which was ridiculous cause we had already paid for it and did not receive it. This McDonald's is as quick as they can be with their drivthrou always full. Food quality is good and staff are courtious. Nice place to grab a bite to eat
