I've lived in franklinton all my life and never seen staff just not care like I did tonight. 7pm on Feb 24. My wife ordered the quarter pounder deluxe and it was raw to the point of falling apart. Only reason mine wasn't was because it was such a thin patty. I know it's a fast food place but at least make sure your grill is set right. Oh not to mention the guy I saw go to the bathroom and walk back out with hands as dry as he went in and immediately started handling food. Check y'all's cameras. I'm sure they caught everything. Awesome remodel though Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

McDonald's is great. I love a lot of what's on their menu, but the last few times I've been the fries taste refried in bad grease, the burgers are sloppy and the drinks are flat so decided I won't be going back till they got workers that care about their job and does it right. My favorite McDonald's! Managers and staff go above and beyond.! Food isn't always on point. Service makes up for it. You can always let them know if there is an issue.

3rd time I’ve had orders made and picked up have been completely wrongly made, kid’s hamburger with ketchup only with extra fries. No extra fries burger had came fully dressed with onions pickles and mustard with no ketchup. Double quarter lb with bacon lettuce only no condiments with large coke and fries. Double quarter with cheese fully dressed no bacon or fries or coke. Tbh when your daughter has started to double check on one of her favorites for anything wrong and has a mental break down that I have to call the store to speak to some one and I’m hung up on is Childish. ESPECIALLY if a customer is standing waiting for nearly 10mins for the order to be paid while you’re told by the cashier they will be back and asked other if they could finish up the order for her but they just stand look and waltz by. 45minutes with 20minute drive for improper work ethics and customer mistreatment for wrongly Made orders and even facial recognition of customer asking them to fix the burger and it still is done wrong. This McDonald's gave me very quick service, was nicely set up, the bathrooms were above average and my Big Mac was very tasty but a bit dry. I had a courtesy cup of ice water with my meal. This was quick and easy for me as I stopped here for a quick bite during a business trip. Guy in Columbia Mississippi

Love this location! when I come in town l normally stop in. On 2/6/23 came in to get lunch staff so happy and service is always great. Food is always hot and fresh and trust me I eat a lot. I love the app and perks. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

On the behalf of MURRAH HIGH SCHOOL I would like give a special thanks to this McDonald’s location. On November ,19 2021we arrived with a total of two full buses. We had a total of 37 students and 4 Alduts The workers was so fun and ready. The service was awesome, the food was amazing, and the ice cream machine work. Special Thanks to the Manager Latoya she had them nice and coordinated. Everyone working hard and smiling and polite just a mind blowing experience. She offered the coaches a free meal. We travel a lot for tournaments best McDonald’s we have encountered. Thanks for warm welcome we are forever grateful. —M.H.S
