Trash location. Maybe if you're not open 24 hours, don't advertise that you are. And even then, maybe don't leave your drive thru signs fully on and have an AI voice bot answer to make people think you're open and then sit in silence for 2 minutes before they realize no one is in the restaurant. I gave them a 5 dollar bill, expecting to receive 77 cents in change. The rude man at the register told me after the fact that there was no change and nothing he could do about it. They have a children’s play-place… but there is no garbage to throw a diaper away if you are using their changing table. Not family friendly. All the garbages are in the stalls for menstruation products… with no access to a garbage if you are using the changing table near the sinks…

Poor customer service on 2/19/24. The evening shift cashier could not complete the order properly and there were only two customers in drive thru. She did not apologize for the mix up and I had to go inside to get missing items after pulling up to wait for the order. In addition, she had mischarged me for the car behind me and I had to get cash back and then my card had to be recharged for my order.
