Very poor service. Tables not clean. High chairs not put away and the floors were dirty, not swept. Napkin machine was broke. Won't go to that store again

This location had a total remodel not all that long ago and I think the service you get it worse than it ever was before. Last weekend I stopped and got two Frappe’s with no whip cream on one, and they both had whip cream. It took me 20 mins to get them and the store wasn’t even all that busy.
