McDonald's is always hit or miss. It always depends on the food and if you get it when it is fresh. As far as McDonald's goes, this particular one has been decent about 85% of the time. I was passing thru the area and I asked for a courtesy cup to stay hydrated as I continued to my next destination. The manager said "NO!" in a kinda mean // condescending way. I went to the counter and ordered a regular drink and literally stood there for 2 minutes while the manager was in the back laughing it up and telling jokes. I looked at my watch. It doesn't take that long to hand a plastic cup to a customer. I mentioned it to the manager and she had the same type of rude attitude as before. As a former McDonald's worker myself I'm disappointed. They already have less than 4 stars too. Kinda sad. Service Take out Meal type Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
