We came late at night and they were SUPER friendly. We ordered a large amount with a lot of variety and they were so kind and not to mention fast. Their shamrock shake was very good. All of our changes to our burgers were correct. Over all, they staff did a fantastic job and deserve a lot of recognition. 2/1/24 ≈ 12:10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
This place is not open 24 hours. The first time I went through the drive through after getting out of work late at night, I was informed that they only take mobile orders such as DoorDash. The second time I came around and every time after that I noticed they parked their cars in the drive thru so they don’t have to take orders and make food. Wouldn’t it be great if we all could get paid to do nothing also? Go to jack in the box instead, they give better service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I come here pretty regularly. The food is consistently great, orders rarely have mistakes, employees are good. It's definitely one of the better McDonald's in the area. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes French Fries
Definitely attest to the review prior to mine. They are open when they feel like they are open and their phone number does not work. As a ride share and delivery driver this is very frustrating for us and customers expecting food. If your store is going to opt in for 24 hours make sure your staff adheres to the policies and procedures and contracts with rideshare and delivery companies! Unbelievable and downright lazy sometimes. There were 5 cars mostly rideshares and that 5 customers not getting food at 4:00 am. Be better. Meal type Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Typical McDonald's food served in a high traffic location. Staff did a very good job at minimizing wait times and getting the orders out. Traffic was a bit crowded, considering the lunch rush, and the proximity of other businesses, but they still kept the line moving. I had a great standard McDonalds experience. The playground is newer (last 2-3 years). Very clean. They had a sign out saying to not solicit customers (which I appreciated since I like eating in peace). The don’t have the Tablet tables like some of them do but they do have two light up glow tables for kids to be entertained with while they down their McNuggets. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
This McDonald's is a disappointment because of this sign posted by management. Although they may do what they want in their store, I find it offensive and not customer service friendly. He was adamant about eating for 30 minutes and then customers must go. He assured me he wouldn't kick me out and he didn't even though I stayed over an hour. I never saw a sign like this and it turned me off. Won't return to this one, especially since I got my breakfast sandwich way after a couple walked in after me and was served their breakfast to their table. I had to ask if they had my sandwich ready and they found it sitting in between items that weren't food. Nice 🙄

This is embarassing. The only thing preventing me from giving this place 1 star is that on the off chance they actually get your order right, it does taste good. But spoiler alert, theres the problem. These people are so uninvested in simply doing their job, that I kid you not when I ordered a mcnuggets and asked for hot mustard, they gave me OVER 20 REGULAR MUSTARD PACKETS. HOW CAN YOUR EMPLOYEES BE THIS INCOMPETENT? It reeks of poor training and bad management, and honestly im sick of it. There's a place on spring stuebener called five guys; give them your business. Do not support this lazy, garbage service that this place proudly puts out. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
Very petty management at this location. I ordered a large fry, it came out only 3/4 full and we ate some before realizing they were mostly soggy with some crispy ones mixed in. I went around and asked for a new fry, and instead of just doing it they first said no because they were 'half gone' and I said well it was only 3/4 full when you gave it to me. Then they said yes but gave me a medium fry instead of a large. Very petty and terrible service over 3 bucks in fries. Visit a different McDs if you want good service, this one won't help you if they screw up. Food: 1 Service: 1
I was at this location in hopes to order my child the breakfast she was requesting. She informed me she needed to use the restroom very badly, so I pulled into a parking space to enter through the dining area. There were people inside seated at a table, but when I went to enter the door was locked. There was no posted signage saying dining was closed, and the store hours showed that the dining area is open from 6:00AM to 8:00 PM. I knocked on the door and a young lady made eye contact and gestured the "1 min" finger. I waited a second, and realized she dismissed me. I continued to knock because my child was distressed and other associates kept gesturing me to use the drive-thru. I would have happily done so, however my child needed to use the restroom asap, she's 3 and can't hold it very long when she says she has to go.. Also, it is 40 degrees outside COLD, WET, and RAINING! so, I continue knocking so I can ask why it is locked, and there are people inside. Someone FINALLY let me in as I begged angrily and almost in tears at this point to please let my child use the Restroom. I was upset asking WHY the doors are locked and people are inside having a "bible study" and the associate told me dining was CLOSED but yet again (no signage) Why are some people privileged and others are treated poorly? I left shaking mad that they were laughing and did not order after that experience.
