How can you sit at the order intercom for 10 minutes!? With no one in front of you!? And the manager was just as incoherent as his employees. Awful service.

The lady at the window was rude, I got 1 pickle when asked for extra extra extra AND they charge for one little sauce. Take notes from Chick-fil-A, they give you all sauce wanted and they are they most profitable fast food establishment JS the sauce don't break a business. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

Up to today, I had mostly positive experiences here. The girl taking my drive through order was rude beyond belief. I had a 4 person order to place and was only on the first. She asked me medium or large. I said just small because I didn't need it upsized. She yelled at me that she didn't even say small. I laughed because I couldn't believe she would snap on me about something so trivial. I waited in a long line only to say nah I'm good and exited the drive through. She may want to think about a different line of work.

Don't open on time 35 to 40 minutes late 5 out of 7 days. No sign just wait at drive up and no one says anything so you drive off. I told they need to change hours on sign and they said they cannot. And people just wasn't getting up for work. Got the worse big Mac in a long time at the McDonald in wal mart in waveland ms.o mentioned it to the manager two days later and not a good response.hamburger patties was not fresh taken from holding pan which dried the burger bun was hard from being old the sauce was less than teaspoon couldn't covet 15% of burger skempee on spread of lettuce and you could see any tomato.if I was not down the road I would have brought it back for refund.but we know they expect us to through bad sandwiches away that way we take the lost and not them. Same thing when they short our orders

I love ordering #5 with large fries along with coke no ice in a large cup. I wish I could have a 20 piece nuggets. Soooo GOOOD Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

I went to the drive thur and not one worker was wearing mask or gloves. They were not taking the safety of the customers seriously.When i asked the manager about mask she said that they were washing all of the workers mask. What the hell. Why not give then disposable mask. Why would you wait until they get to work to wash mask. This is ridiculous especially when there is a pandemic going on.The person who was giving out the food had her hands and face all in my bag. I got a refund.

Hands down Chasity an Kristin have to be the best Mc. Donald's employees.. They always greet you with a smile an 9x out if 10 they know what you're going to order... Well done ladies

I called 30 min.a head,to try for a faster service,but they did not even seem to know what I was thinking about at pick up. I also asked for one with no mayo,but didn't get it. Sadly it happens ALL the time. Alot of people have no pride in thier work.

There is 1 woman who has worked at this McDonald's for a couple of years now, I really don't know how she has kept her job being she is RUDE!! Being I work fast food customer service is my top priority as it should be with EVERYONE who decides to work with the public.

I ordered the daily special with an upgrade. I told them through the drive thru window my dog was with me and I also needed a hamburger. THANKS I forgot to order no onions. Guess what I got home and nothing. They knew for dogs plain.
