It's been a while since I have been to a place that was this chaotic. It didn't seem like anybody knew what they were doing. I placed an order, got no receipt and didn't know what my order number was. No one would talk to me, when they finally did throw my food on the counter, I had to go behind the counter myself and get my own cup, because they said they were too busy in the back. At least the place looked clean, but everything else about it was a nightmare. Not my best experience for sure. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Employees and management need to learn basic customer service skills and need to know how to enter orders into their system. We always receive wrong items on our order and the fries are always cold!

Went through drive up, terrible! Ordered quarter pounder meal, burger was cold and dried out, the bun was actually hard from being dried out and the fries had been sitting in the heat lamp, I got all the little pieces of left over fries and they immediately turned cold, nothing is more awful then cold McDonald fries.
