Stopped here to use the restrooms 🚻 and to buy something before continuing our trip. Kiosks not working. Approached the counter and asked to purchase some cookies 🍪 which were displayed. The clerk could not understand the request. Finally walked out without making a purchase. Either fix the Kiosks or hire clerks who can understand that a customer is pointing 👉 to the cookies 🍪. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Horrible experience. Food was not properly made and missing items. Manager was "not available" and then became available after I told them I could speak Spanish. In a nutshell, the manager does not speak any English and uses another employee to translate for them. Very unprofessional. I remember why I don't frequent McDonald's- horrible service, messed up orders and horrible management. Drive through at 9:30 pm. I wish I could give 4.5 stars. Excellent service. Exactly what I want out of a McDonald’s. The only complaint is I didn’t ask for ketchup and they didn’t remind me. If they would’ve asked if I wanted some I would’ve given 5 stars. Half my fault, half theirs. Wish I could give another half star but just can’t quite give the 5th star. This is not a review for the actual service or food but the closing time on the website is wrong and needs to be updated. From a traveling standpoint, we depend on these times. Please find urgency in requesting this change with Google. Drive thru closes at 11:00. Thank you.

Service is painfully slow average wait times are 20-30 minutes if you order anything other than nuggets small cheeseburger or a McChicken. Food quality is wildly inconsistent as if no established system is being followed, their prices also seem to increase consistently in $0.15 increments despite providing sub-standard product. Honestly the overall experience screams deep rooted problems with management/ownership. McDonalds is far from quality dining so it is just plain silly for them to be charging premium prices considering you can get a decent steak dinner at Bar H for close to the same price as a Big Mac W/ Large fries and a drink.
