Kind & friendly employees but I'm giving 3 🌟 because the employees have not been universally trained on the different sizes for different drinks. Yesterday I received an actual medium iced coffee, today for the same price my medium coffee was in a small cup. I mean I always love this place to eat at every now and again , BUT when I asked for a shake through the drive thru they said sorry it is down for the night and as we pulled up the car in front of us got 8 different shakes and don't understand why they don't keep the shake machine open until closing. Did a online order tonight. Food was exactly how I ordered it so 💯 there. But when I walked in I was jot greated. No one even egnaliged that I was there. I grabbed my food and left. No have a nice night or anything. This place needs to work on customer service a little bit more. Like I get that it was a online oderder so it's supposed to be ready when the customer walked in to get it. But you could at least still great your customers. Really need to work on that. Again food was made how I ordered it so 5 stars there. Unsatisfied with everything else. Very nice! This McDonald’s was completely bulldozed and a whole new one was built in its place. It’s very stylish and clean. We came in for lunch today and the cashier was friendly, we got our food fast and it was fresh and hot, even the fries! They have adopted the way of Culver’s and you get a plastic number to sit on your table and they bring your food right to you. It does not have a drink station, but that’s okay in this world of germs. You can still get free refills at the counter. It’s the nicest-looking McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.
