Some of the friendliest staff around. This is the only McDonald's I feel I can trust to make my order right 😅. Iced coffee was strong (And, only cost a dollar!) I think I know where I'll be getting my coffee from here on out.

Mccafé Iced Caramel Mocha
This is by far the best McDonald's in the Lebanon- Hershey region! I drive from Hershey because the customer service is exceptional! A special recognition to Jenn and Loli who work the early morning shift, they are attentive to your order, always have a smile! Please be courteous and greet them with respect, they are serving you and deserve that decency!
They gave me 3 ketchup packets for a large fry. It was pretty yummy tho! Use the app for good discounts!

The finally fixed their receipt ink paper issue! I've been coming here for months and I just finally decided to write a review.
The staff is friendly and local. They are currently hiring as well.
The food is always (at least on my part) correct and hot. Any extras to my meal they accommodate and add onto the order. I use the drive-thru for most of my ordering. Sometimes (peak times) are overly crowded with cars probably because the new Target just opened next door.
Overall a satisfied customer.
Autumn helped me with my order, making it as easy as possible. I felt she definitely enhanced, with ease, our communication while taking my order. She is a very friendly and professional person that added too and created a positive experience.
It's the little things like this that has & makes a big impact on the delicious feel-good moments. She definitely made it more enjoyable for everyone.

Great visit clean environment very quick service I was a little confused where to get the cup for my mobile order and I wasn't really a fan of the kiosk to order. However overall lots of parking several entrances stores seems clean everyone seems very friendly I barely have time to sit down and before they were bringing up my order I also like the flyers they have for local fall activities really good atmosphere I would definitely recommend
Ordered a medium caramel frappe, medium shamrock shake, 2 medium fries, a 20 piece mcnugget, deluxe mccrispy, and a spicy deluxe mcrispy. We also asked for 3 honey cups. This was all over the app and we did curbside pickup. The girl brought our food our and asked if we needed anything else and I was checking the bags. I noticed after she left that we didn't get any honey or straws, but didn't bother to ask because we were in a hurry and had some at home. Got home thinking it's no big deal to find that instead of the deluxe spicy mcrispy, we got the regular spicy mccrispy. This was already a step down from what my boyfriend actually wanted, the bacon ranch deluxe mccrispy but it wouldn't add to the bag on the app so he settled for a normal spicy deluxe. He didn't even get that. Feel kind of like we got scammed and I know it wasn't the girls fault either. She just brought the food out. I come to this mcdonalds a lot and the food and service is usually pretty great but this was really disappointing.

Decided to get the McRib. Never again from this location. The second we opened the bag we realized I made a grave mistake. The sauce was spilling out of the box and all over the other items in the bag. Then once opening the actual box, it was soaked and soggy. Extreme mess of sauce, so bad that all of the toppings fell out and it was impossible to pick up. To make matters worse, there was a hair wrapped around a piece of onion. Just a mess and bad experience. Worst part, this was at 2 in the afternoon. Not over a rush hour. Sad.
EDIT: I decided to go to their "how'd we do?" Link. I left a message like the one above. Within 72 hours I was personally called my this location's GM. We had a good converstion and they made things right. Very proud to see how they handled this.
