Waited to be served for about 5 minutes because the girl was talking on her cell phone and there was only one other worker at the time. She gave us rude looks when she came over to take our order because she didn't want to get off her phone. I was very unpleased especially since we were on a time crunch. Also the bathrooms were a little dirty and the prices were crazy. Don't think I will be stopping here again.

This McDonald's gave us 5-star service on our way to Ocean City. Added bonus for me, it was adjoining to GetGo where I prefer my gas! Drive thru seemed busy and orders kept coming in as we sat down. Location was very clean and attended too which is always important to me. The lady in charge really took her job seriously as she was yelling at her staff. I think that's a good thing actually, because the cleanliness, quality and service showed!

Stopped in here while family came in from out of town. We were treated horrible by the lady on the register. We ask for 2 waters, was told she was busy with drive thru and didn't have time to mess with waters. She yelled at another lady who was waiting in line. We ask for napkins and she made a big deal of that. Couldn't just hand us a few, made us wait till she filled the whole napkin holder. I feel sorry for the folks who stop there for a break.

The employees here are so rude. Ask for caramel and chocolate drizzle throughout my frappe drink cup and they pile the hot SYRUP! When I tell them I wanted drizzle they stood there and argued with me. Very rude and ignorant. And even more sad that it was managers arguing with the customer.

Four people. Should be quick service at 7 pm on a dead friday night. The first order goes in as soon as we get there. Then I'm left waiting with a third customer for over 15 minutes!? When the MOD comes up, she doesn't even care how long we waited, while I watched 9 cars zip through the drive-thru. So I ordered and then other customer orders. Next, the last of my group goes up to order. He sits there for 10 minutes, no service. I point him over to order on their kiosk. He orders there, pays for it, and then waits 10 more minutes before he can even pay?? Let's just say we all could have been eating by the time I got my food.
What is wrong with this location? AVOID. Wendy's is across the street.

It's McDonald's but wouldn't call it fast food. Apparently under staffed, waited for a cashier at the counter after several minutes decided would have to use the kiosk. We got our order placed then waited 15 minutes to get it. The Coke zero ran out of syrup. We were not the only people waiting too long for orders. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Stopped while traveling from Allentown to Kentucky Feb. 03 2023 @ about 11am. Got Orders of (10 piece chicken nuggets, fries) a Sprite and Dr Pepper. both orders of chicken Nuggets we're not cooked properly, and still Frozen in the center $21.79 we called the manager and she said she would not do anything over the phone. It will cost more in gas than fuel

Very Bad food and very bad behavior at 20 minutes before closing time . It’s like that lady don’t like work . She have to know how to nicely talk with truckers . If truckers don’t deliver the Food . What’s her job left there?? She act like she own the mc . I always talk very sweetly because I want that if someone working they feel good because of giving respect.. I was coming here from long time . But no more til I saw that lady there .

Quaint clean enjoyable experience. Happy Holiday atmosphere! This is the first McDonalds where I witnessed an assistant manager, Natalie L., cleaning lobby and trays instead of taking someone off register! Great idea Natalie; this shows off your skills and mostly likely is the reason I feel how meshed your staff is. A+!
