I placed my families order at the kiosk and had to pay at the counter with cash. A employee finally came over didnt tell me my total and i just handed him $40.00. he auto punched the $40 i gave him in to the system when i realized the bill was only $27.06 i told him to wait and tried to give him $28.00 so it was less change and he told me no because he already entered it in the system. Upon doing this then proceeded to hand me what was suppose to be 94 cents in change but instead gave me 95 cents. I feel this was more of a lack of math skills or just laziness. The order time wasn't terrible however once our food was received the burgers were cold some super greasy, some way overloaded with ketchup, and some overloaded with big mac sauce. The McChicken was cold and the fries were super old and cold. The sweet tea tasted terrible kinda unsweet and sour all at the same time. We didnt notify them about the issues with the sandwiches however we did bring the fries to there attention. ThE employee did make us some fresh fries after giving us a little bit of attitude but that problem did get resolved. I wish McDonald’s wasn’t so much anymore but inflation is inflation. Biscuit was not dry and everything came out correctly. Staff was friendly and helpful when I needed water but noticed they didn’t have a button on the soda machine. Everything was clean when I was there. This was a solid McDonald's experience. The restaurant was clean, even though we entered the dining room after 9pm. It took a while to get our food, but when they brought it out, it was made correctly. Most importantly to my wife, the french fries were hot and fresh, which is what we want at a McDonald's. Horrible place to work management is terrible fired me for medical reasons made a dik outa me service is lousy orders are wrong they make fun of different religions I was severely assaulted & they treated me worse then a pile of garbage coffee is always cold had workers pic on me Justine ur an evil person u shouldn't b a manager ..!!!!!!

Never get a decent burger. They used to be point on... Now it is dry buns, barely warm meat, unmelted cheese with no mustard and a crazy amount of ketchup! I ordered a cheeseburger with slivered onions yesterday because the last 3 times I was there they did not put any on. I opened my bun to find 2 pieces of onion! This is a nice McDonalds however often times we have to pull aside and wait for our food, even when it's not busy. There have been times when we wait for 10 minutes. Not cool when on your way to work! Food: 4 Service: 3

My family went through the drive through for dinner as we were out shopping all day. The line was very long and didn’t seem to be moving and then you get up to the speaker and the guy we got charged us wrong didn’t give us any sauce or napkins, and the worst part spend money for a 20 piece nugget only to have my kids and wife spit them out as they were stale and tasted like they came from the microwave. I’ve come here for awhile but it was never this bad. My wife and daughter ended up throwing up due to the nuggets feeling like garbage and not having any appetite or motivation. THE ICE CREAM MACHINE WORKS HERE!! I have finally found a McDonalds location where the ice cream machine actually works, so it was nice here. They have 4 kiosks to order online instead of waiting in a line, so that was nice. The service was quick and good. They have nice seating, and have recently renovated so the building looks pretty new. Overall, pretty good food here. Today was not so good. They messed up our sodas and my burger was way too pink, but I ate it. For $15 bucks an hour, come on people, get it right.
