Ordered delivery for my kids this morning. Pancakes, Sausage, eggs & biscuits hashbrowns. No pancakes in any of the containers.. order was sealed so delivery driver tampering isn't a matter this is the restaurant. Sadly it's always this restaurant. I don't have high expectations of McDonald's, its fast food. However how do you mess up a simple order like this? Anyone with eyes can see not everything is in the 6 containers is there and yet still sent it out..I have lived in the area for a few years now and normally avoid all mountain top restaurants & eateries like the plague.

The food I received at the mountain top location was not even edible. Wasted time and money...wasted food, as I had to just throw it away...that was supposed to be the steak egg and cheese bagel. So disappointed 😞

2:20PM Thursday, January 18, 2024. Order #1516. The food was old, dried out, and discolored like it has been sitting out for several hours. The condiments were the only fresh items in the assembly of the sandwich. I'm not even convinced the meat was prepared the day I bought it. The bread buns were dry. It was microwave heated. It had a bitter taste that was so bad I had to spit it out.

My husband and I went through the drive thru between 9:35-9:47pm on Saturday, February 03, 2024. The food was stale and cold. The employee that handed the bag of food through the window was rude and practically slapped the bag of food at his chest and rudely remarked “here you go, have a wonderful day.” No receipt was provided. In addition, three other customers were trying to access the lobby (again still not 10pm) and the drive thru employee remarked that it was closed. After leaving the drive thru, I contacted the manager (McKenzie) on duty who laughed at my concerns. I believe she may have thought I was prank calling her and that may have been why she laughed. She also informed me that they close their lobby at 9:30pm. Upon review of the website it reflects that the lobby is open until 10:30 pm. I did call this morning and spoke with Roger (a different manager) who was very professional and told me he would look into the above issues but I definitely think the night shift can truly improve on customer service and food service.

About10 at nite last cold thurs. 18th of jan..nothing open except McDonald's drive thru..I got 2 skimpy dry old hamburgs.cant get any thinner or they'd fall apart.thru half the old fries out..mcnuggets were good..grandson ordered off the drive thru menu..cost $26.00 and no drinks...they can fight for $15 but I won't be paying any of it!

I've been there twice in the last 2 weeks and both times they could not print a receipt for me. I paid cash and I want a receipt. I asked if there was another register that they could print it up and they said no. I'm giving a negative review to the owner, not the employees nor the food. Normally I would not even bother but there is a survey coupon on each receipt (Buy a sandwich $3 or more and get one free).

Dive thru is always in a hurry to ask is that it, is that it, then the window as filthy, got food and fries were cold, big macs cold should've gone back but was already half way home when I tried a cold fry!!!

Price of Iced Coffee went up quite a bit. I have been to different McDonald's and they are all the same price but, Mountain Top. Usually pay 4.24 for 2 and Mountain Top increased almost .50 each.
