Oh boy where to start. Me and my girlfriend stopped here after an event in town to relax unwind and get a late bite to eat. Ordinarily I enjoy McDonald’s but this place if it were any other place I would write in to one of those restaurant make over type shows and request them come here. We stepped in the door and immediately saw tables that needed cleaning. We ordered the food and sat down to wait. We get our food and are missing items from the order and when we ask the server for it we hear swearing and hooting and hollering coming from the back. The same worker looks like she was plucked off the street and came in to work. No uniform or anything and wearing earbuds. We went to go fill our drinks and there was no ice. Our food was not put together well at all as seen in the pictures. My girlfriend got a pink 1/4 pounder and could not finish it (it ended up being raw) a group of three came in and it took forever for them to be served. Stay far away from here and the higher ups in the organization should consider shutting this place down.

They prefer to service 9 people behind me before I got my online order. I waited for over 27 minutes to never be serviced my food at all. I had to go inside with my Receipt just to prove that I paid for food that they didn't not give me.

Super super slow service. Waited for someone to come to the till then had to wait for around 15 minutes just for my order. Two thirds of the wait they came and asked if I wanted a refund cause it was going to be a little longer. No adults in the building and only one person making food had gloves on. Seems like they only want to cater to the mobile app orders and not the lobby customers.

Horrible establishment and worst part is food selection is very small in this town.
I had to wait several minutes before the manager told someone to take my order. Who also happened to be the one running food and didn't wash his hands after handling money and food.
The tables were all dirty, I asked an employee to please wipe down a spot in the play place area so we could sit down.
Then when we got our food the happy meal was missing the fries and toy and my burger was RAW!
I asked them to remake it and they did but brought me out another one that more raw than the first, at this point I was fed up and just asked for my money back, the manager (Lexy) refunded me a fraction of what I spend and said if there was an issue with the rest of my meal then I should have said something sooner.
I understand she may feel stressed but it's not my fault her crew was not on point and there was no reason to take it out on me.

Ordered on the app and went to pick it up 40 mins later and it took them almost 20 mins to get my order together for 3 sandwiches and 3 fries. I have never had a McDonald's take this long. Last time we came here they gave me a sweet tea instead of an unsweetened tea so I gave it to my kids. I don't think we will be back to this location.

This McDonald's was clean, friendly staff, and my favorite was the food came out temperature hot which is big for me. I do hate seeing the self ordering machines and less staff to take orders, but understand the times are changing.

Mate that place was a well oiled machine and it had some hopping food, good service, and all round it was a good place for me to sit down and eat a burger witout getting grease on my cloths. But to those people that walked out I missed when I went there to get some food and one of then would know my order and it never came out greasy when he made it

They have a redbox in the play place area.
Good food. Quick service. The even got the order right the first time! It was fresh and hot.
They are one of the few that still have a play place. The only real problem was it was so cold in there n my kids had to take their coats off to play.
There was a few other kids but it wasn't super crowded.
As you can see from my previous review on McDonald's, I am not a big fan. But it's a small town and this morning I got a coffee. But the coffee tasted like the milk was spoiled. I called and they totally took care of it. They told me to come back on my lunch break and they would make me another one. They did and it tasted wonderful. Thank you McDonalds for replacing my delicious coffee!
