Order nicely cooked fish and good sandwiches. It's a must when visiting this fast food to drink great coffee. Guests don't like apple pie at McDonald's. This place is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Prices here are reported to be fair. When inside, the atmosphere is charming. But this spot is not highly appreciated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

Because I made an order online and wasn’t near the store when I did they didn’t receive or make my order and despite me paying for it and showing them receipts I had to buy a whole nother meal for myself which I had to borrow because I used my last $5 on the sandwich I originally bought. Almost everytime I've gone to Mcdonalds here in Clarkston the experience has been great. This specific day (9/8/23) started out the same. I took my son out as a special treat, he is 10 but still likes the playplace. So we asked the cashier (Alice)if it was open, she kindly let us know that it was about to close. It wasn't that big of a deal though. We sat down in the dining area and waited for our food. When she brought out our food other people with kids started flooding in, so she said since a bunch of other kids were going in then we'd be fine to go in. We figured screw it why not. When we walked into the playplace there was a young gal mopping the floor and she said " just so you know we are closing in 5 minutes" so I informed her of what we were told and her whole attitude changed. The other lady with her kids told me that she (the mopping lady)was counting down like "you have 8 minutes 6 minutes 5 minutes" and so on. I get it being on a timed schedule in fast food sucks but just like every job in customer service unexpected things happen but you have to adjust. Not saying anything about the mopping lady because I understand why she was irritated. Alice had great customer service the mopping lady could use a little work. I'm sure she will figure it out who knows could have just been a bad day. Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

This mcdonalds in clarkston is always good. The food is always fresh. The people are always friendly. In the year that I have lived here and almost weekly stops here every single time has been great. Pretty impressive actually. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Well, to be honest Mcdonald's is garbage food I have a hard time finding something to eat. The service here is incredibly good. But you can't beat the view it's one of the last remaining single-arch McDonalds left! The booths are killer as well as the stuff on the walls. Pulled up, ordered a grimace shake and the person taking the order said it was really good with an eerie smile. His name was Max and he kept telling me how good it was with an eerie tone and weird smile. It was great but there was something about that employee that threw me off but he was cool. I have downgraded because they advertise on Doordash then all the effort you have to go thru to make an order, all of a sudden they are not available! I blame McDonalds! If they are not available all the time, they should not be on Doordash! No restaurant should be. 5 out of 7 times this happened to me with #McDonalds. Previous review: I only give 2 stars because... the new Pull Apart donut aka donut holes were awful and that is not this locations fault. They tasted "chemically" for lack of a better description. I thought maybe it was just the first bite but nope the second bite was even worse. Not sure who taste tested this "donut" but yuck!

Previously I rated at 4 stars. Today I have changed it. It has been a few times of receiving wrong orders. In this case both had no onions and I received one with and one without. I know, I know it's small but to me its an example of the quality of their work. When it keeps happening then it becomes annoying... The second thing that bothers me is the tomatoes on both burgers. Do they not have any of the middle of tomatoes? They are ends... The worst part of a tomatoe. Like they had to pick up every single end and put them on the burger and say "yep that looks good" and ship it out. Maybe management will read these reviews and give some good ol boss talks on being awair.
