This morning I asked for a medium and got a small. I told the lady in the drive thru that I asked for a medium she’s like that’s a medium. But it’s a small. I just didn’t want to argue with her. But you guys need to work on your customer service.
This is the most terrible McDonald’s location in the United States. I have traveled far and wide and been to all the McDonalds in the United States and this officially the most disgusting and saddest McDonald’s. To start you can not order at the register, you are forced to use the kiosk which is not a super bad thing but strange. The second is the food is not fresh it is grossly old and cold. The third thing is the drink machine does not work unless you talk to a staff member and then they turn it on and once it’s on all the drink choices are messed up with either too much syrup or not enough liquid or carbonation it is a disaster. The forth thing is the bathrooms are locked like Fort Knox and you must prove your purchased something and talk to the manager and not a regular staff member. The fifth thing is the parking lot smell like sewage or rotten eggs maybe even a gas leak It’s so bad even homeless people don’t come over here. I would highly advise to avoid this place at all cost. I don’t care if this was the last place on earth I would not come here even if I was paid 1 million dollars to come back and eat here.
