Went through drive thru and ordered 2 mc chickens, large fry, a six piece happy meal with an extra fry instead of apple slices. In the bag there was only one mc chicken and the happy meal didn't have the extra fry and only 4 nuggets. This was Sunday Jan 28, 2024 at approximately 12:15 pm. I tried to call and no one answers. I think that McDonald's is struggling for help. I think they're doing the best they can with what's a got to work with. I could be wrong. We were there twice. The reason for the second time was because the first time, my food wasn't right. The manager was nice. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Ordered through the app through the first time on the way. Went through drivethrough. Menu prices are lower than what you get billed. Drink on menu is 1.29. Up from 1.00. But on bill it reads 1.69. Months later and the menu still has lower prices than bill. Food still cold (cheese etc.). The owners response to complaints is cut and pasted to all negative reviews. No wonder why the employees just scoff at people who complain the owners do not care. The servers could be more with it. My coffee orders are always wrong. Something so simple. There are not only diabetics, but those with low blood sugar. Very dangerous to put sugar in their coffee.
