Absolutely no attention paid to in store customers. I order on app for at counter pick up. Waited 25 minutes while cars zoomed through drive up. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I go there pretty often, the Hispanic guy who take orders in the am, always gets my order wrong, I don’t understand why companies always put employees who do not speak the best English in positions that it’s crucial to understand properly. Food is always cold fries always old I’ve lived in champlin for 5 yrs I rarely am bothered but this place really needs to step it up especially when they just raised their prices… on top of all this when you order a large the fill it one inch from the top every time!?
