Placed online order Went through drive thru Got pulled to parking spot for 13 min Went to work opened my big breakfast (no butter no syrup) They are trying to make wait time look good by pulling customers forward when we are waiting crazy times and not getting what we are paying for. It always amazes me how some places just can't do even the simplest things. Everytime we order from here something is left out or just messed up. Sad thing is we order online so all they have to do is read. Guess that is too much to ask. Do Better! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Traveling from Florida to North Alabama and stopped here for my one year olds happy meal.. placed an order for pickup, pulled up to the spot #3 and after 40 minutes of waiting we did not receive the happy meal. My husband went inside to find all the employees were just sitting around and two were hugging each other. The male was hugging the girl in hot pink hair from behind.. super unprofessional and no one was working orders. My daughter’s happy meal sat on the counter with a big 3 on it!! The male mentioned with an attitude that he hadn’t had time to work the orders and take it out to our car. We pulled around the other side of the building so that someone else could park in #3 spot while our daughter ate the COLD happy meal. As we are sitting here for the past 20 minutes they’re still sitting shoulder to shoulder with their friends… NOT WORKING ORDERS!!!! What a waste of money and time this whole entire place is. This place is TOP TIER if you are in Andy... GO HERE. Just do it! A It's amazing. The food is amazing. I love this place I go here two times a month, but I wish I went more. It is not that pricey if you take advantage of the bundles. I usually get chicken nuggets with sweet n sour sauce. They are the best! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
