Paid for extra Canadian bacon and waited at window. Press for time to go to work and once I got to work no extra anything. Yes they said I could come back but I went thru the drive thru for quick service not to go back. Orange juice tasted like water. This place sucks and if you have a choice go somewhere else. It's the customers that keep these places functional which the people that work there seem to forget! Food: 1 Service: 1

Went through drive thru and they told us to park in spot 2 but someone else was there. Our food ended up delivered to that person instead of us. When we went in to tell them the issue, the manager said we need to show a receipt. When we showed it, we said we wanted a refund instead and were met with more attitude. Overall their loss because they gave our food away to someone else instead of checking. Didn’t give us our full change when we paid either but we let that go initially. This location is just not worth your time. It’s better to go to another location to get better service. This location WILL make a mistake and then be upset with you for it. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but I'm fed up with the horrible customer service here! They've overlooked items in my order countless times, but I always check the bag, so it's usually not a big issue. Today, I sat in line for what felt like forever and in a rush went directly home after receiving my food. I get home, and sure enough, my McNuggets are missing. Sauce is there, no nuggets. I head back to the store and get nothing but attitude from the person at the counter and not even a sorry. I worked customer service for years and try very hard to be understanding, but the way I was treated shows straight-up contempt for customers and complete disregard for their experience. A "sorry" goes a long way. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
