I ordered on the mobile app. I picked up my order of two double cheeseburgers. I ate the first one and it was fine and then I got halfway through the second one and I almost bit into this plastic sticker. Never eating here again. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

OK so I went to this McDonald’s around 3 AM February 5th 2024. The young lady that waiting on me was an awesome lady. Very nice. I don’t know her name but she deserves recognition but she’s got dark hair couple tattoos very nice very good customer service handed my food to me warm and was very polite. This is my Go-To McDonald's and Normally the Staff is Friendly. During the Rush Hours they are Okayish Speed-Wise. But Tonight we decided to go for a Food Run. We Normally use our apps for Points and Order separately. We were a party of 3 all Paying for Our Own Orders. It was after 10 so the Restaurant was Closed and the Curbside was Closed aswell. So we had to go through the Drive-Thru. Our initial Server was Friendly but as soon as the Driver announced there was 3 Separate Orders with Codes from the App, the Manager got on and Rudely Said we couldn't do this but would allow it this once. After each of us Paid for Our Order the Manager was evasive and wouldn't get anywhere near any of the Windows. I have Never had any Trouble with any of the Staff at this Establishment except for Tonight. Next time we will all go in and use the Kiosks. I wanted to ask the Manager why this wasn't allowed but never got the chance to as she was avoiding us at all cost. The rest of the Staff was Friendly as always and gave us our Food with a Smile. Very Disappointed in this Manager. So if you have Several People in your Party or you are Working and Carpool with others I guess you'll have to each use your Own Vehicle. Or go around the Drive-Thru Multiple Times so your Entire Party can use their App. They Advertise this App and Encourage you to use it so I don't fully understand why we couldn't order for 3 Different Paying Customers that where Present in the Car. What the ... Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Fairly standard McDonald's food and service, but I want to talk about the amazing interior. I wish I took pictures, but regardless, it was decorated so nicely for the Christmas season. If I lived near this location, I would make it a priority to eat inside. It was so wonderful, I had to give this location five stars. I visit this place kinda frequently and from experience it can either be a hit or a miss. The quality of food also depends heavily on the time of visit. The young male cashier was pleasant And respectful. Not usual for fast food restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised. The young girl at the next window was not as pleasant but she did her job. Use the app and you’ll pay next to nothing! We go here a lot because of the convenience and its a pretty great McDonald’s. I almost always get what I ask for and all the sauces I want too. Quality stays good into the night. I can trust them to keep the drive thru line moving very quickly! Im usually in and out in 5-10 minutes. This McDonalds is absolute trash. The people working here are rude and sloppy. The service is trash and they argue with you when you try to get mistakes on your order corrected. Handed me small drinks and argued with me that they were medium drinks. It says small on the side of the cup. Gave me cookies in a ripped and opened plastic bag. By the time I got my food, it was cold. Got home and my order was still wrong. It's a bunch of irresponsible kids who complain about having to actually do their jobs. Would give less than 1 star if I could. I hope Chick-fil-A drives this place out of business. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It was okay. My burger had way too much sauce in it. The condiments were empty and non functional in some cases. Soda fountains needed a good wipe down. Tables were fairly clean. Fries had a ton of salt in them. The staff was having a good time laughing and playing around when they should have been paying more attention to the various parts of the store that were desperate for attention. I didn't drink the iced tea but I did see two different customers take a sip and then dump it out. This place needs some leadership help.
