About
A lot of guests point out that waiters serve good sausages and nicely cooked bacon here. Visitors can eat tasty biscuits at this fast food. According to the guests' opinions, waiters offer good coffee. Unfortunately, employees are accommodating as a number of visitors note. Based on the reviewers' opinions, McDonald's is well known for its downscale service. When you enter this place, you feel the pleasant atmosphere. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

On top of the absolute horrible customer service I receive EVERY time I go there, I also can never get a shake because no matter the time of day I go, they are conveniently out. The food also takes a really long time no matter if I go in or do the drive thru Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Aside from the numerous problems I’ve have with this location from undercooked nasty food to workers staying the didn’t feel like making food so I couldn’t order . This most recent one has me questioning this place’s legitimacy. I ordered a 20 piece and two 6 piece happy meals and the nuggets don’t even remotely look like McDonald’s nuggets. I would bet $ they were the banquet brand nuggets from the local grocery store. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $50–100
Bad location, bad staff, bad food quality. If you need late night food, go try the wendies on west liberty ave, Pittsburgh Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I put in a mobile order.I sat in the drive thru at the speaker for 3-5min(Check the security footage). At the window, they read out a different order. I told them my mobile order again. The manager said rudely were you at the speaker. I said yea and I said my number. Manager Lisa impolitely slams the window in my face. She slammed the window so hard it bounced back open at the edge. I heard her start talking trash about me to the coworkers. Not simply talking trash literally using foul language. I thought to myself...what the (Y(. Another employee comes to the window asking for the code again. I could still hear the manager negative comments at the window when she was in the back. I said whats the manager name to this other employee. She said MOMMY LISA. I said no seriously, whats the managers name? She said we call her Mommy LISA, but LISA.I asked was that the manager? She said yea thats "MOMMY LISA". Furthermore, I was puzzled by the casual reference to the manager as "Mommy Lisa" by the teenage employees. It raises questions about the professionalism and work environment at this particular McDonald's location. Such informal and suggest a lack of managerial authority and professionalism. In light of this experience, I requested a refund and, despite initially leaving, I returned to request a receipt for the refund. Which at first Lisa shook her head and said no its already paid for then after telling her I never got my food and arguing with Lisa..etc she finally gave me a refund. It is disconcerting to witness a manager, responsible for handling customer concerns, behaving in a manner that could be likened to that of a child. The use of derogatory language, insulting customers to her employees, and the peculiar nickname only contribute to the overall sense of unprofessionalism. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider the impact such incidents can have on the reputation of your brand. Whoever owns this franchise needs to remove this manager that act worse than a child. I find it challenging to have confidence in the individuals preparing my food in the kitchen when the manager's behavior at the window raises serious concerns. I can only imagine what is happening in the back of this kitchen when this type of management. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Careful if they mess up your order. They like to give attitude if you have to come back around. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
Service is hot garbage, no one cares about your online orders or anything of that trash, they stand around and watch people at the counter, then act like its not the employees fault Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Had to use the kiosk to order. The young man behind the counter was extremely busy. It bothered him to take a cash payment. It happens. Food was freshly made and a nice treat. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Cheeseburger

A couple of years ago, I would've given this location 3 stars. Orders used to be wrong/cold often times. However, they really seemed to turn it around as of late. Last few meals from here have all been correct, hot, and the fries were nice and salty. Also, the employees are very friendly. 5 stars - well deserved. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had! I received a horribly undercooked burger through the drive thru. I called to request a refund and issue the complaint. The supervisor basically told me he didn't have time and the only way I was going to receive a refund is go back to this awful store. He did not seem at all concerned that someone could sick for consuming undercooked meat and never once apologized.
About a month ago, I had placed an order on the app to pick up curbside. I waited and waited and finally called in after about 10 minutes - I also was now running late for work - and they told me that they are too short staffed to do curbside, and that I had to wait in the drivethru line for that. I offered to come in and get it and they said I had to wait in the drivethru. Well now it’s wrapped around the building and I simply did not have time for that - hence the reason for me ordering ahead. I wrote in online to request a refund for the breakfast sandwhich I didn’t get and Holly, the manager, emailed me stating I can call her or email if that were easier. I called and when I asked for Holly I was told to hold but was then hung up on. So I responded to Holly’s email and said that I was hung up on and that if email were easier that I could do that. No response. That was on October 18, 2 weeks ago. Now this morning I went to get a breakfast sandwich - not for curbside, I left with enough time to wait in the drive thru. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffin. I got to work, and saw that I received an egg McMuffin. No sausage. No cheese. And the McMuffin was burnt. I’ll be grabbing my breakfast at Sheetz from now on.
