The Waterford CT location still does not know how to make a McFlurry. The cup has soft serve and they put some topping on. Nothing is mixed. The Coleman St location constantly serves burgers that have been sitting long enough to be dried out and fries that are limp. At this location I have received the wrong order all together when using the drive thru. Staff at both locations has been very friendly.
