Heading from Vegas to utah stopped off south end of mesquite to have lunch. I had a coupon so wanted to use it . Went inside and determined you order your food using an I pad like device. First young lady who tried to assist said she needed help. She left and gave it to a person likely shift manager. This person took it over to another who most likely was general manager. He told her to honor it. She approached me and said it wasn't good until March 11th. On coupon it said March 5th. After bringing that to her attention she said ok. It was with discust she honored the coupon. Made me feel like I had robbed the place. I asked for the coupon back and was told no. No place on the coupon did it say one time usage . Great people. I ordered a kids meal for the squishmallows. Didn't get it at first so I went in to let them know I didn't get the type of toy I ordered. They looked all around and found a final one to give to me. They advised that they switched toys today and that is why the squishmallows were out, but they worked hard to find what I ordered! Incredibly unsafe for their employees. I can’t believe they do not have a register behind the counter. They force you to use self serve kiosks. But if you want a person to take your order the only option is to have their young employee open a CASH DRAWER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FOYER. Next to a man having lunch at his table. Absolutely no safety. Poor girl has her back to me and and store to do this. Very unsafe McDonald’s and absolutely not appropriate or okay. Stop cutting corners to not have a register personnel Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
