The staff was rude and unpleasant. The person passing out the food was bitter and seemed she had an issue with everything. When we were picking up the food I asked if that was the number and she replied with an attitude "well thats what it says! (In Polish)". It also appears the remaining staff found her behavior amusing. This type of behavior would be unacceptable in other countries and definitely not allowed by management. The service was horrible. The staff was very rude. We had a bigger group with a few kids and the staff had an issue with the kids being at the play area and made inappropriate comments. Service Dine in Meal type Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The coffee was fine but otherwise gluten free options aren't a priority here. I didn't eat anything.

I ordered 3 ketchups and I was thinking of the ketchups for hours before reaching mcdond and how great they would taste with my chicken mcnuggets. but they did not give me any ketchup not even a single packet even though I paid for it. By the time I realized my horrible situation I was long gone in the car. How could you do this to me, I'm literally crying rn,I feel so betrayed , My day is ruined.

The best McDonalds in town - usually less crowded than the other two, and the only one to incorporate the new kitchen design.
