i cannot emphasize how creepy and depressing the workers and atmposphere at this location is. We stopped here after skiing and as i was finshing ordering my meal, i looked down from and the menu and saw the worker giving me a thousand yard stare. At first i thought it was just me, but i asked my friends and they all agreed every employee in this establishment was high on something. Not only were they intoxicated, but they were incredibly quiet, slow, and CHEAP as well, because she didn't give me the cup for the drink. (i had to ask her like 5x for it cause she was high on drugs). Overall, i think the employees here need to go to rehab, because at the moment they're just plain useless to keep around. I hope the manager reads this and drug tests all her employess, but i doubt it because she herself is likely a chronic user. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Getting more expensive and less buy one get one.options than there used to be. Sandwiches are ALWAYS squished like they've been slapped together with no care at all. Ordered through the app. Was supposed to be sent to the store by tractor supply but was sent to this store instead. I double checked the location before sending my order but somehow I must have missed something. Contacted customer support through the app and was told to contact the store that received the order and cancel the order and receive a refund. Called and talked to some condescending know-it-all named CANDICE, who refused to listen to me or let me explain, just talked over me, and told me I don’t know what I’m talking about. Yelled at me that she didn’t have my order,and I was never charged so there is nothing to refund. Well guess what? I was charged and it was processed by my bank even though “I don’t know what I’m talking about”. Contacted customer support again and explained I attempted to contact the store for a refund but was basically told I was stupid and to shut up. Customer support issued the refund. CANDICE NEEDS TO BE FIRED, treating a customer like this is inexcusable, especially when the customer is right and you are wrong. 12/25/23-screwed up my order again. How stupid are the people who work here? Absolutely ridiculous. 1/3/24-surprise, surprise. They forgot half my order AGAIN. Food: 1 Service: 1
